    • Estrogen Therapy: It is for women with menopause, premature menopause, ovarian insufficiency; estrogen therapy is needed, and you can give the estrogen in different forms such as Estrogen Pills and Estrogen Patch. Estrogen pills are the most common treatment plan for menopausal women. These pills used are conjugated estrogen and estrogen bazedoxifene. Before starting the medications on your own, consult the doctor. The doctor will prescribe the proper dose and is generally taken once a day. Estrogen Patch is a patch of estrogen and put on the skin of the abdomen. Some patches are needed to remove after a few days, and some are worn for a few weeks. An estrogen-progestin combination patch is also available.
    • Vaginal Estrogen: It is available in different dosage forms, such as vaginal rings, creams, or tablets. This method is used for vaginal dryness and itching. The ring needs to change every three months, and cream and tablets are taken as per the doctor’s prescription.
    • Estrogen-progestin Hormone Therapy: This therapy is called combination therapy as it has combined doses of estrogen and progestin. Progestin is the synthetic form of progesterone. The treatment is used for women with an intact uterus to protect them from endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer.
