    The human body is a beautiful system where each part has its significance and specific job. We must nourish it properly to enhance and maintain the internal harmony of the organs, external appearance, and the beautiful mind.

    When we say to beautify yourself, we talk about looking after yourself – to your health needs, etc. When we think about “beauty”, we think about the external appearance of the body. But I believe beauty is made up of 3 aspects –

    • The beauty of mind and soul that is a happy
    • A positive mind
    • A fit body

    No doubt, it will consist of a beautiful soul, which creates positive vibrations and attract positive energy. But what if you are looking beautiful but suffering from diseases and stressful life, you will fall sick very soon. Then how will you nourish your body?
