The diet is based on sirtuins (SIRTs), a group of seven proteins that protects the cells in the body; it boosts the body’s metabolism, regulates the inflammation, and the aging process.

    This type of diet may help you in weight loss as it is low in calories. However, there is a possibility that the weight may rebound when you stop practicing the diet.

    Phases Of The Sirtfood Diet

    Phase 1: The duration of phase one is for seven days, involving calories around 1000 kcals per day. Drink three sirtfood green juices and eat one sirtfood rich meal a day.

    Phase 2: The duration of phase two is around two weeks. It has calorie restrictions of 1500 kcals per day. Drink two sirtfood green juices and eat two sirtfood rich meals a day.
