    The Ninja Turtles is a cartoon story about four brother turtles who mutate into humanoid heroes. They are known for their pizza love. Ninjutsu was an indie comic first published in 1984 by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. It spawned as an ’80s animated series and multiple film series, including the recent Michael Bay-produced films and the 2007 animated TMNT movie. 

    There have been many versions of the world-famous Ninja Turtles, both animated and live-action, and they are all twisting the basic stories differently. However, they all have something common except the turtles’ name; of course, the ninja turtles love pizza. 

    In today’s scenario, parents switch on Tv and YouTube version. Kids crave pizza while watching. They look attractive and delicious to them. Kids, as well as adults, love pizza. Pizza has adverse dietary impacts on youth and kids, and measures are needed to limit its consumption because eating pizza is getting into many calories and not getting enough nutrients. Let’s focus on the side effects of eating pizza. Still, real turtles don’t enjoy pizza as the animals cannot digest it.

It has around 3500 calories in excess and can cause an increase in weight gain. Therefore, having mini pizzas regularly cannot save you from putting on extra pounds.

    Junk foods, like pizza, have sodium in abundance. Studies suggest that 500 mg of sodium consumption above the recommended dosage can increase stroke risk by over 17 percent. Therefore, eating pizzas more than twice a week or in large quantities are at a greater risk of suffering heart ailments before reaching their 40s.

The refined flour lacks fiber and essential vitamins that aid in the digestion process. Therefore, eating pizza frequently can cause constipation and severe gastrointestinal disorders

One must avoid having pizzas regularly to keep the skin in excellent health.
